一、论文发表 英语期刊

二、论文发表 英语技巧。　　

　　1、英文语句一定要流畅、易懂，让人能很容易明白。

　　2、论文内容最好全面、详细些，最好是通过论文表现出工作具有可重复性。

　　3、在理论分析之后，最好有较好的实验内容和结果分析。

　　4、参考文献最好要有一些高水平的国际期刊、会议的文章。

　　5、具体打算发表到哪一个期刊的话，投稿前最好多找些这些期刊的文章看看，一些风格、格式可以参考。其网站上一般也都有说明，这些都可以网上查阅。比如说IEEE 就有模板。

　　Q. Is there a template available for my specific publication?A. The IEEE provides LaTeX and Word templates that can be used for all final submissions. In addition, the IEEE Transactions On Magnetics has supplied a Word template for creating submissions to TMAG. All of these templates are available for download at the IEEE Author Digital Toolbox page.

　　Some publications do provide information to their authors that is more specific than the IEEE's general guidelines and in some cases customized templates and instructions are provided as well. For links to individual transactions, journals, and letters web pages, please go to the Journals and Magazines page.

三、论文发表 英语期刊的收费问题：各个期刊规定不一，有些期刊不收费用，但据说IEEE下属的刊物收费的居多。不过相对来说，在这种高水平刊物上发表文章，花多少钱应该是次要的。

1、《IEEE Transactions on Robotics 》规定是(好像是少于10页的不强制交费)：

　　Page Charges： A mandatory page charge is imposed on all Regular Papers whose length exceeds ten TRANSACTIONS pages including illustrations. This charge is $175 per page of each page over the first ten based on the final typeset length and not on manuscript length, and is a prerequisite for publication. The same policy applies to Short Papers and Communication Items exceeding five TRANSACTIONS pages.

　　A voluntary page charge form ($110/page) is sent to the authors with proofs, and the author is encouraged, whenever possible, to make a contribution to defray part of the publication cost. Authors receive 100 free reprints if the charge is honored.

2、《ROBOTICS AND COMPUTER-INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING》，明确说明了免除版面费：No page charges: Publication in this journal is free of charge。

3、《ADVANCED ROBOTICS 》的规定不要版面费(超过一定长度的除外)：There will be no page charges generally; however, an overlength paper may be charged for the publication.

　　但需要注意的是，文章中包含彩色图片的话往往要另外收费，而且还很贵。

　　投稿的步骤，在每一个期刊的网站都有详细说明和要求。要找到这些网站，请用google搜索，baidu往往搜不到。

四、容易发表的英文期刊国际会议：

　　1、主要会议：

　　IEEE的国际会议众多，像ICRA、IROS、ICMA等等都在其内，其时间安排等可参考网址：http://www.ieee-ras.org/conference/calendartec.php及http://ieee-ies.org/conferences/等

　　国际(工业)机器人会议(ISIR)

　　国际工业机器人技术会议(CIRT)

　　国际自控联(IFAC，International Federation of Automatic Control)举办的年会

　　2、其他会议可通过网上搜索或从论文的参考文献中搜集。

　　另：http://www.conferencealerts.com/可以参考(但不全面)。

　　3、注意事项：

　　发表会议论文需要注册，注册费大致上折合2000-5000元人民币。

　　国内举办的国际会议门槛应该低些。

　　其他要求和期刊文章差不多，但总体要求要低些，较容易发表。个别会议可能要求作者必须出席会议。
